Mine: The Cape Baboon is the largest. They do not have gripping tails like monkeys. They are pregnant for about 6 months. The Olive Baboon is found in about 25 countries. They have a lifespan of 20-30 years. Nice facts to learn and there are tons more.

Mine: What a great and informative book about alligators. I have never hear of a Chinese alligator. An alligator egg becomes a mail or female depending on the temperature. The average lifespan is 50 years. They can lay up to 60 eggs at a time, but only one in 100 survive to adulthood. An alligator can have 2000 to 3000 teeth in their lifetime.

Mine: What a great and informative book about albatross. They are the largest seabird in the world. New Zealand is the albatross capital of the world. They mate for life. They have the largest span of any bird of up to 11 feet. They are an endangered species.

Mine:
The beginning of the book is rather technical, but I guess when you are making candy there are some basics for each kind.

Recipes had metric measurements if selling in US will need to change.

Flavor was stressed throughout. It is one of the most important components in candy.

Popcorn Carmel – sounds good; not sure I’m ready for carmel with pepper though.
Marshmallows – honey & sea salt sounds like an interesting combo (hey I’ll eat almost anything with sea salt)
Fig & Coffee Gumdrops – not sure about – the flavors may be a little overwhelming.
Pinot Noir Cotton Candy – wine and sugar – can you think of a better combination?

Very cute – several fairytales wrapped into one. “You don’t know what you’re looking for until you find it.

Ella was a very sour princess so her parents called her “Lemonella”. When it was time to marry her off there were several princes that came one thought she should let down her hair (Rapunzel), one wanted her to fit into a shoe (Cinderella) and one came with a mattress (Princess and the Pea)

Finally a sour prince came and there was a match made. They realized that they didn’t need to be sour anymore.

#COYER Blackout

COYER Blackout will run from December 17, 2016 – March 3, 2017. We will leave the linky open 1 extra day for you to get reviews in, but those reviews need to be posted by the end of the day March 3rd. We will announce winners of (3) $10 gift cards to Amazon or Barnes and Noble on March 4th.

I'm in my goal for 2017 is to clear out some of my old books. Yes there are children's book on there I got when my nephews were younger (now teenagers) so I hope to clear those out. I know less pages - but want to get space in Kindle.

There is still plenty of time to start reading and get those ebooks cleared out.
